Start with what the vehicle is doing
A warning light, an unfamiliar sound or a car that won’t start is useful information. Tell us the make, model, year and when the problem first appeared. Explain whether the vehicle can still be driven or is currently stranded.
We diagnose and repair vehicles. The first call helps us understand the problem and decide what to do next. One symptom can have several causes, so we’d rather look at the vehicle than guess over the phone.
Bring your repair history if you have it
If you have a recent repair invoice, diagnostic report or notes on work already tried, keep them handy. Tell us whether the problem shows up while starting, idling, braking or accelerating. Let us know about leaks or warning messages as well.
Ask us about bringing the vehicle in and what you’d like us to look at. If it can’t be driven, ask about towing it where it needs to go. If it’s a flat or damaged tire, our tire service page explains your options.
Call before you bring it in
Call about the vehicle, the work you need and when we can fit it in. We’re based at 4182 NC-111 in Albertson, and we tow for drivers in Goldsboro and Beulaville. If it needs a tow as well as a repair, tell us where it is.
Quick answers before you call.
Can you diagnose a no-start problem?
Call with the vehicle details and what happens when you try to start it. We’ll tell you how we’d check it and whether it needs a tow.
Should I bring previous repair information?
Yes. Notes on recent work and symptoms help us understand the problem. Bring any diagnostic codes or reports too.
Can I arrange a tow and a repair in the same call?
Yes. Tell us the vehicle’s condition and where it is, and we’ll sort out the tow and the repair together.
